QBE expands digital capability for brokers with QuickQuote Workers Compensation platform

QBE Insurance has today launched QuickQuote, a new digital Workers’ Compensation platform that enables brokers to quote, bind and issue policies quicker for small to medium‑sized businesses. Built for high‑volumes of smaller policies, it offers a simplified, straight‑through quote‑to‑bind experience, with policy documentation available within minutes, for eligible policies.

By reducing manual follow-ups and streamlining underwriting processes, the platform helps support potentially faster outcomes for brokers and their clients.

The platform has been developed alongside QBE’s broker partners and is intentionally designed to evolve to meet changing needs, with ongoing enhancements shaped by broker feedback.

“QuickQuote is designed to cut through unnecessary complexity and speed up everyday quoting, so brokers can spend more time on driving better outcomes for their clients,” said Anthony D’Oca, General Manager of Commercial & People Risk at QBE Australia Pacific.

“This program is a reflection of how we’re working differently with brokers - co-designing digital solutions, listening to feedback and continuously evolving our offerings to meet their changing needs.”

Accessible via web and mobile, QuickQuote provides brokers with flexible access with the intention to support faster decision-making and smoother client conversations.

QuickQuote will be available to brokers nationally from 30 April 2026 for eligible SME Workers Compensation risk state policies in WA, ACT, NT and TAS, with premiums under $50,000.
