QBE expands risk offerings with launch of customer solutions panel

QBE Australia Pacific has launched a Customer Solutions Panel (CSP), designed to provide business customers with streamlined access to the risk solutions they need to manage, mitigate and prevent risks across their operations, and support them as they navigate an evolving risk landscape. 

The CSP brings together a panel of innovative and specialised providers offering a diverse range of risk management services and solutions – from workplace safety and business resilience to telematics, ergonomic technology, and fire protection. 

A strategic expansion of QBE’s risk management capabilities, this initiative is designed to empower customers and broker partners with greater choice, flexibility and confidence when managing risk. 

“We’ve seen great results when connecting customers with the right providers for their specific risk needs,” said Matthew Fermanis, Head of Risk Solutions at QBE Australia Pacific. “The Customer Solutions Panel allows us to scale that success by offering specialised services that make a real difference to our customers’ businesses.”

“We already have over 25 providers on the panel, covering areas such as Business Continuity, ESG advisory, and automation technology for screening in the care and community sectors,” Fermanis added. “We’re continuing to expand the panel to ensure it remains comprehensive and relevant, evolving to meet the diverse needs of our customers.”

Built on insights from QBE’s Risk Solutions team, the panel reflects a deep understanding of business risk. It enhances QBE’s ability to support customers with practical, targeted interventions by connecting them with trusted providers who can deliver the solutions they need.

Customers can choose how they engage with the CSP – directly with providers or through QBE’s Risk Solutions team.  QBE Risk Solutions may also provide implementation support for more complex and tailored risk interventions and solutions.

“The panel gives our customers access to credible providers and innovative solutions all while saving time and simplifying implementation. It’s a smarter, more integrated way to manage risk,” said Mr Fermanis.
