In Technology Services, we’re on a modernisation journey to transform how we work, with a focus on improving data and digitisation and moving to cloud-based platforms aligned to local market requirements.
We’re working towards a Technology strategy that will improve our customers’ and partners’ experience and make it easier for them to do business with us. By using modern technologies and platforms, simplified processes and increased automation, we will reduce risk and uplift the ways of working experience for our people.
The Group Data Office partners with the global data community to identify and amplify strategic initiatives to protect, manage and leverage data as a strategic asset. Data is not just a valuable asset; it's the lifeblood of our business. By harnessing the power of data, we can gain a deeper understanding of our customers, make informed decisions, drive operational efficiencies, foster innovation and achieve sustainable growth. The Group Data team sets the strategy for enterprise data and analytics, defines the enterprise data frameworks and architecture and drives policy and process reform to make data and analytics enabled transformation easier.
Enterprise Security Services is responsible for protecting the organisation from current and emerging cyber security threats and is focused on building a holistic approach to security – no matter where or what the risk is to our people, systems or information.
