Next Generation Underwriting Program
QBE’s Next Gen Underwriting Program offers recent graduates a nine-month, hands-on development experience that builds strong technical and professional underwriting skills. Participants complete two four-month rotations across Specialty, Reinsurance and Commercial lines, gaining exposure to multiple underwriting functions. The program is delivered in Atlanta, Chicago, New York, and Marblehead, giving graduates broad insight into QBE’s business portfolio, culture and customers.
Internship Program
QBE Internships provide a hybrid environment to help you explore our organization and gain hands-on experience in a variety of fields including Underwriting, Human Resources, Accounting, and more. Our 10-week, paid program combines classroom training, professional networking, hands-on project work, and the opportunity to discuss full-time employment at QBE after graduation and successful completion of the program.
