Report a new Transactional Liability claim

QBE North America is no longer accepting new Transactional Liability insurance submissions or writing new Transactional Liability policies.

There is no impact to existing policyholders. QBE remains committed to honoring all obligations under policies currently in effect and will continue to provide claims handling and support for covered claims.

You can report your claim any of the following ways:

1. Contact your broker, who will report the claim to QBE on your behalf.
2. Send an email with the loss information outlined below to [email protected].
3. Call QBE at 844-723-2524 (844-QBE-CLAIMS), our 24/7 hotline.
4. Fax the loss information outlined below to 844-879-2459.

Loss information required to report a new claim via email or fax:

• Policy number
• Insured name and address
• Contact information for the Insured Primary Contact for the claim
• Date of loss
• Description of loss
• Claimant information
• Facts surrounding the claim
• Any documents you have that are related to the claim (e.g., material correspondence, material contracts, material financial statements)
• Loss amount (if known, or qualified estimate)
• Specific reference to the implicated Representations and Warranties
• Insurance broker and their contact information (primary contact for the claim)
