QBE named Most Inclusive Workplace at AHRI Awards 2023

QBE Insurance (QBE) has been announced as the Most Inclusive Workplace at the Australian HR Institute (AHRI) Awards 2023.

The annual AHRI Awards recognise best practice HR initiatives and shine a spotlight on the individuals and organisations making exceptional contributions to advancing Australian workplaces. The awards were announced during a celebration event in Sydney attended by HR professionals across Australia.

QBE was recognised for its inclusive strategies focused on driving respect and fair treatment, fostering a sense of belonging, and helping employees feel safe to speak up. 

QBE’s Group Chief People Officer, Amanda Hughes, said the award is testament to QBE's commitment to fostering inclusion of diversity and ensuring employees feeling valued and respected no matter how they identify.
