About the sponsorship
We’re immensely proud of our 33-year history of supporting the Sydney Swans through our principal sponsorship of the club. Our relationship with the team reflects our business philosophy of creating and nurturing long-term mutually rewarding partnerships. We’re honoured our sponsorship is recognised as one of the most enduring relationships of its kind in Australian sport, especially as it reflects the values on which our business is built – teamwork, commitment, tenacity and diversity.
We’re planning for the future together through our continuing support of the QBE Sydney Swans Academy, an initiative designed to identify and foster talent among aspiring young football players. We’re also incredibly proud to be paving the way for young elite female footballers in New South Wales through our partnership of the QBE Sydney Swans Youth Girls Academy,a 140-place elite training program for 12 and 13-year-old girls.
During 2019, we’ll be celebrating all those who make up the Fabric of the Swans with a number of exciting opportunities and events.
There’s a big group of people who make the Sydney Swans who they are, including the players, the fans, the volunteers and the QBE Swans Academy participants. As principal partners of the Sydney Swans for more than three decades, we feel fortunate to be part of this dedicated group of supporters.
Please visit our QBE area at Driver Avenue outside the SCG before each Sydney Swans home game to discover how you can take part in our Fabric of the Swans activities and events.
