If our customer hasn’t lodged a claim yet
- We can only progress the matter once our customer has lodged a claim.
- We can’t assess liability until our customer lodges a claim and we confirm they have the appropriate cover and may be liable for the incident.
- You may wish to also notify your own insurer for guidance.
If our customer has lodged a claim
- A QBE Claims Officer will contact you about next steps and any required information.
- If you have’t heard from us, call 1300 383 854 and we’ll connect you to the team.
Legal letters or demands
- If you’ve sent or received a legal letter or demand, call 1300 383 854 as a matter of priority.
- Liability will only be determined after we review the incident and any relevant supporting documents.
