- Indemnity period options – from 26 weeks up to 52 weeks
- No material damage trigger – rent default cover available without a material damage requirement
- Machinery and electronic equipment breakdown – coverage up to $25,000
- Tax audit protection – coverage up to $25,000
- Policy flexibility – coverage can be customised and endorsed on existing broker wordings

The Commercial Landlords policy is designed to support a broad range of commercial property owners, particularly focusing on SMEs to Mid-Market Enterprises, and well-maintained assets with strong risk management practices.
- Limit any one loss from $15,000,000 to $50,000,000
- Higher limits can be considered for specific circumstances.
