When a client’s vehicle needs to be fixed after an accident our Accredited Smash Repairer (ASR) network can help them get back on the road asap.

Clients in NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA or WA will have accredited repairers nearby ready to help. Their quality work and customer service means your client will be in good hands.

Our ASRs are able to complete a Self Assessing process which allows them to commence work immediately if certain criteria are met.

All work authorised by QBE has a lifetime repair guarantee, and if your client’s vehicle is still under the manufacturer’s warranty the repairer will only use manufacturer-approved parts.

QBE Towing Services pilot

QBE has launched a 6-month towing services pilot with three national towing providers designed to help us meet the towing needs of our customers.

The pilot seeks to ensure our customers are supported at the scene of accidents and their vehicles are transported to the best placed repairer – helping provide a smoother overall claims experience.

Additionally, the pilot will help us develop and refine a national tow model across the entirety of QBE – helping us assess and appoint the best placed towing service providers in the long-term.

The towing providers we’ve chosen to support the pilot have been selected based on their network coverage and ability to coordinate quality emergency accident towing 24 hours a day.
