eBusiness support team

The eBusiness support team’s main purpose is to assist intermediaries to process and maintain business with QBE electronically on the different platforms. We work closely with our intermediaries to troubleshoot any issues or errors that may arise whilst they are processing online. We’re a passionate team who pride ourselves on delivering a high customer service.

Our vision is to lead the digital engagement for stakeholders through consistency, reliability, and collaboration.

If you need QBE system access for a new user, please complete and submit the Request access to QBE’s systems for a new user form. Our team will arrange access and notify you once it’s ready. Please note this process applies only to existing broker and AR accounts. If you do not already have a broker or AR account in place, please contact your QBE representative.

If you need QBE system access for a BOT user, please download and complete the RPA user access request form. Our team will be in touch to arrange access once the form is received.
