Request access to QBE systems for a new user

Please complete the form below to request access to our systems for a new employee.

Please DO NOT complete this form if:

  • the new user request is for BOT access, contact your QBE representative for further information
  • requesting users due to an acquisition or data merge, access will be completed as part of the data merge process
  • additional Authorised Reps requiring a new account to be created, contact your QBE representative for further information.


  • Email address must be unique. If using a generic email, QBE will only be able to align the email address to one user within your office.
  • Builders Warranty is only accessible in certain states and for existing connections. It is not available for any new connections.

All fields with an asterisk (*) are required.

A valid response must be provided for the mandatory fields below, otherwise your request cannot be processed. If unsure, please contact your internal Operations Manager or IT support person for guidance.
