We’re looking for people with a range of life experiences to join our growing team of Workers Compensation Case Managers to support this part of our business. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact by supporting our customers through their challenging times and help people return to health and work. You will be the key point of contact for a range of stakeholders including injured workers, their employers, doctors, and other medical professionals, seeking the best possible outcome for everyone involved.

If you have experience working in a fast-paced customer centric service, with strong communications skills and can demonstrate empathy and resilience in sensitive situations, you could be just the type of person we’re looking for.

This begins from the very first day of your employment, giving you support and confidence to grow your skills and progress your career over four proficiency levels, from Foundational to Intermediate, Advanced and Expert.

QBE’s hybrid working model empowers you to make the most of your day, wherever you are. The first four weeks of our New Starter Program are focused on establishing a solid foundation for success, so during these four weeks you’ll need to attend the office regularly. After this, you’ll work in a hybrid way with three days working from home and two days in the office, giving you just the right balance to further embed your learning and continue building connections, while enjoying a great work/life balance.
