QBE launches new commercial risk management platform

QBE Australia has launched a new digital platform to modernise risk management solutions for commercial property and liability customers.

The RiskAdvance platform enables brokers and customers to complete a risk self-survey and receive tailored data-driven risk insights and solutions from QBE to better identify, manage and mitigate risks their businesses may be exposed to.

In turn, the information collected through each self-survey will enable QBE to make faster decisions on offering insurance policies, helping to streamline the new business and renewal process for customers and brokers.

Rob Kosova, General Manager, Commercial at QBE Australia Pacific, said the platform reflects QBE’s commitment to helping businesses not only understand and manage risks, but advance to proactive risk mitigation and prevention.

RiskAdvance will directly notify brokers and agents of potential risk improvements for their customers, with the ability for brokers, agents and customers to easily update the status of their risk improvements, streamlining QBE’s existing risk management processes.

Over time, new functionality and risk management solutions for additional insurance products will be added to RiskAdvance to help support more of QBE’s customers and brokers.
