QBE voted best in the business by CQIB members

QBE Insurance Australia (QBE) has been recognised for outstanding performance by the Council of Queensland Insurance Brokers (CQIB), receiving two prestigious awards at the CQIB awards night on Thursday.

QBE was awarded both the All Rounder of the Year Insurer and the Domestic Insurer award by the industry body, based on votes from its membership base, which represents more than 60 brokerages across Queensland.

QBE Chief Customer Officer – Commercial Lines, Jason Clarke, said the awards are testament to the Queensland team’s commitment and hard work. 

“Both awards provide fantastic recognition to our Queensland team and are a testament to their unwavering commitment to our customers and broker partners. Notably, this is the second consecutive year the team have taken home the prestigious All Rounder award, making the win even more significant for us.

“Congratulations to our Queensland Head of Sales & Relationship Management Craig Mauger and the entire team on this outstanding achievement.

“Thanks and credit must also go to our CQIB broker partners for this acknowledgement and their ongoing support, hard work and loyalty.”

The All-rounder of the Year and the Domestic Insurer award winners are decided based on the performance of insurers over the past 12 months as voted on by members across a number of measures including service levels, claims administration, accounts, communication, price, availability of senior management and more.
