If you need to set up access for a new user, please complete and submit the Request access to QBE’s systems for a new user form. This process applies only to existing broker or AR accounts.
To request access to QBE systems please refer to the below:
- Authorised Reps or brokers – contact your QBE representative for further information
- Bot access – download and complete the RPA user access request form
- Requesting access due to an acquisition or data merge – access will be completed as part of the data merge process.
If you already have an account, but and want to add an additional user, please complete the new user form.
To ask for any changes to a user's system access, email the Username and Intermediary Name to [email protected].
To request a user's access be deleted, email the Username and Intermediary Name to [email protected].
To request a change to a user's email address, email the Username, Intermediary Name and new email address to [email protected].
If you are unable to login to any of QBE's systems, send a screenshot of the error you are receiving, together with your full user name and email address to [email protected].
This can occur when the login name used in the broker package has not been added into the User setup under that intermediary on QBE's system.
Email a screenshot of the error and your username and email address to [email protected].
For all other access issues, send screenshots of the error you are receiving and include all details such as username and email address to [email protected].
