Navigator recovery support meeting for the injured person to talk about their recovery

Navigator recovery support

Navigator is an independent program that provides support to injured people during their recovery process.

Navigator not only provides a safe and confidential opportunity for injured people to talk about their recovery, it helps us identify psychosocial factors that impact recovery. This means we’re able to understand where additional intervention from healthcare professionals is needed.

Through the use of the Navigator Program, we’re able to help mitigate the development of psychosocial issues and secondary psychological injuries that can impact recovery, ultimately supporting individuals to stay on track and return to work as planned.

Key results1:

  • Injured people return to work up to 6.5% faster
  • Mitigation of the development of secondary psychological issues
  • $4.6m+ - 943 claims in cohort = $4.6m+ in saved wages.
