Our graduate program

During your 18-month graduate program, you’ll complete a number of rotations across the business, where you’ll get the opportunity to work on exciting projects that are shaping the future of QBE and insurance.

Our graduate program commences in February each year with an induction program in Sydney. Here, you’ll network with other graduates meet senior leaders and key stakeholders from across the business.

One of our graduates’ favourite parts of their induction program is the team challenge, where you’ll work on a project that makes a difference for one of The QBE Foundation’s charity partners. In 2018, our graduates partnered with The Kids Cancer Project to write and illustrate their own books which they presented to children in hospital.
